Principal’s Student Advisory Council
Each month student representatives from each classroom, grades 1-5, meet with Ms. Teti to share ideas, ask questions and discuss concerns. Class meetings are held before the council meets. The council representatives bring clipboards with notes from these meetings. They return to class with responses and information to share with their class during the next class meeting.
The council members are selected by their classmates following a discussion of the responsibilities of the job and the skills required. They must be willing to meet during lunch and recess to present their classmates’ ideas and questions and report to their classmates.
Principal’s, Counselor's & Teachers' Mailboxes
Students can communicate concerns by writing a note to Ms. Teti or the Counselor or any Teacher, and put it in the mailbox located in the office next to the attendance basket.
Paw Prides
Paw Pride Certificates are distributed at the end of each month. These certificates recognize qualities such as citizenship, respect, trustworthiness, caring and responsibility.
