The Men's Track Team had a busy weekend with two trips to The Penn Relays and one to The Springfield Invitational. On Friday at The Penn Relays, Our 4 by 100 meter relay of: Matt Marianski, Andrew Vassallo, Kevin McGinn, and James Pierce, ran their best time of the year. On Saturday at The Penn Relays, running in front of 30 thousand fans, our 4 by 400 relay of: James Pierce, Paul Ciavardelli, Ed Keebler, and Matt Marianski, ran our fastest time in several years, improvinging this year's best by six and a half seconds, and then caught up with the rest of the team at The Springfield invitational, where their second 4 by 400 relay of the day won them second place silver medals. Our 4 by 100 relay also medaled, taking home the third place bronze medals. Other Medal winners included: Peter Pham in Pole Vault at 11 feet, Andrew Brandt Third in High Jump, and Paul Ciavardelli won the second place medal in the 800 meter run, in a time of 2:01.
