- Be sure to keep all your personal information up-to-date! Notify Human Resources with any changes to your address, marital status, dependents, beneficiaires, etc.
- You may only make changes to your health benefits during open enrollment or if you have a Qualifying Life Event. You have 30 days from the date of the QLE to make any changes to your benefits. If you have any questions about your benefits, please contact Human Resources.
- Student verifications for dependents between the ages of 19 and 23 are due (annually) to Gallagher Benefit Services every September. Please be on the lookout for this form in the mail, and submit it by the deadline.
